Artist Profiles are a series of new posts we’ve decided to implement for all of you Easy Lovers to discover our favorite/most recommended artists. We know we post a lot of different DJs/producers on here so we decided to create a new series which would showcase who consistently has us fallin’ in Easy Love. Hopefully you’ll find a new favorite for yourself as well!

Our first Artist Profile pick is Mr. Dillon Francis. This LA native had one of the least subtle entrances into the scene we’ve ever seen. He boldly lead the Moombahton march and confused many people who were still trying to figure out what Dubstep is. Backed by kudos from Diplo, Steve Aoki, and their respective labels Mad Decent and Dim Mak, Dillon Francis practically had credibility from the start. Described on his facebook as “an open-format electronic dj who sees no delineation between making music and playing it,” it seems like Dillon‘s got what it takes to be the next best thing… and we agree!!!
It doesn’t hurt that the dude also has a pretty entertaining sense of humor. If anything, at least follow him for his extremely random jokes. He recently signed off one of his Facebook statuses with “Kitty balls.” and tweeted a parody of Kanye and Jay-Z’s “Ni**as in Paris” saying:
Gotta love it.
Anyway, back to his talent! Check out the songs and downloads below to see for yourself what this producer of calculated insanity has in his repertoire. Notice the variety in genre. His style has definitely diversified since his first bootlegs– a very obvious transition one can see when navigating through his soundcloud.
