It’s been too long fellow EasyLovers. Time to start lovin’ some new chooons! It’s summertime and you all need something to practice shufflin to before hurricane EDC hits at the end of this month. These fresh cuts should do the trick and allow you to fine tune those moves/pump yourself up for summer 2011.
Let’s begin our 7 course meal of bass, funk, and ever so sweet melody.

Laurent Wolf
If N’Sync were a dj, it would be Laurent Wolf. His songs have some of the cheesiest lyrics, however he manages to turn songs that would only play in creepy eurodance clubs into catchy club bangers. Enjoy these two songs from the Timberlake of dance music.
1. Save Your Heart (Laurent Wolf Remix) – Remady feat. Manu-L
(This is one of those songs that you should totally dedicate to someone if playing live and drunk; then never step outside of your home again due to embarrassment.)

Moombahton
A friend of mine told me that Moombahton wasn’t going to catch on then Moombah-core came along and the world listened as Skrillex was slowed down to 110 bpm. This song is perfection manifested into a song for djs who need to switch from playing the sexy cousin of house, Moombahton, to the black sheep of the edm family, Dubstep. Long live Dave Nada and his genius genre!
3. Cinema (Skrillex Remix – Oh Snap!! Moombahton 110-145 Transition) – Benny Benassi
Cinema (Skrillex Remix - Oh Snap!! Moombahton 110-145 Transition) 1
I know there are still some Moombahton haters out there so let me continue my case for this genre with the following; this track will burn the dancefloor like fire from Bowser’s mouth. Give a listen to this track from my friend’s dj group, Candyland:
4. Masta Bojangles (Dillon Francis vs. Pitbull) – Candy Land
Bojangles Masta (Dillon Francis vs. Pitbull) 1
Filthy Fresh Funk
The Loops Of Fury samples a vocal saying “I Need Love” however I think what this song needs more than anything is a dancefloor to fill up when it’s dropped. If you’re at a club and hear the last drop of this song played live then you’ve officially gained my envy. Additionally if you’re a dj and don’t download this song well just stop now; no really do the world a favor and stop djing.
5. I Need (Original Mix) – The Loops Of Fury
I Need - Original Mix 1
Dj Mr. White is a dj who should be producing more often than djing; everything he touches turns to gold. This track is no different that his Sofi Needs A Ladder remix aka you’re gonna have an eargasm.
6. Rockin’ (In The Place) (DJ Mr. White Remix) – Vandalism
Rockin' (In The Place) (DJ Mr. White Remix) 1
There is such a thing as vocal overkill in electro house. This song doesn’t embark in that direction. Rather it takes your vital organs churns them up into little pieces of a broken disco ball then spits it out and makes you question whether there is a god or did Tiesto and Armin just draw straws and the winner won control of humanity. Either way John Dahlback destroys all expectations with this choon.
7. Hear Me feat. Katrina Noorbergen (John Dahlback Remix) – Jono Fernandez
Hear Me feat. Katrina Noorbergen (John Dahlback Remix) 1
I mentioned N’Sync earlier in the post not merely for nostalgic purposes, but because a friend recently sent my inner 11 year old girl to pop remix heaven with this song:
Bonus: Lovestoned (Tiesto Remix) – Justin Timberlake
05 Lovestoned (Tiesto Remix) 1
@1:46 minutes girls will squeel in delight if you play this live at the right moment aka NOT after a dubstep song unless it’s this dubstep banger.
Stay Gold, Pony Boy.
